A Soulful Spring: Cultivating Creativity & Compassion
An Ecotherapy & Expressive Arts Mini Retreat for Women
Saturday, March 21, 2026
10:00am-1:00pm
Hosted at Sky Pond
Join us to nurture your inner landscape by connecting with your creativity and spring’s rhythms. Through nature journaling, expressive art making, and writing, we will tune into seasonal shifts as a source for our own creative practice and grounding.
This mini-retreat is hosted at the lovely Sky Pond, offering a nurturing setting to slow down and co-create with nature.
Through guided explorations, which are rooted in ecotherapy and the expressive arts, we will approach creativity as a form of discovery and self-expression. We will explore the creative process as it’s reflected in natural patterns of emergence, growth, and renewal.
You will leave with a personal collection of your own images, words, observations, and insights—all inspired by nature’s small wonders and spring’s wisdom. This soulful collection can serve to encourage and support you throughout the season.
Led by Stacey Hayes, this women’s retreat is open to those who wish to deepen their kinship with the natural world, regardless of artistic background or experience.
All art supplies and a nourishing snack are provided. Just bring your sense of wonder.
Come to honor your inner and outer landscapes as spring begins to unfold.
Registration: $65 (plus tax/fees), includes art supplies & snack
Limited to 12 participants
